Sean O’Pry Versace Spring 2010

Sean O’Pry Versace Spring 2010

The latest collection from Versace evokes an image of a far and remote desert oasis of sand dunes, hot springs and lakes. It is here that you have modeling veterans like Noah Mills and Will Chalker making their presence known in thin sheer flowing tops that open up below to soft billowing trousers. Jackets and knits are tastefully dressed with militaristic tassels, while the bottom of pant legs are effortlessly left open with fine slits.

Subtle gradient streaks of desert based colors are dressed up in a Versace fashion by using sheen materials like silk. This season, no look is complete without the addition of a thin braided belt and coordinating pocket-size bag. Overall, Donatella Versace and design consultant Alexandre Plokhov please with a collection that stirs the senses and inspires elements of an Middle Eastern mode of dress.
