Sean O'Pry has been named the world's highest-earning male model.

The 24-year-old American was discovered on Myspace, and has since starred in a number of campaigns for the likes of H&M, Zara and Cartier.


He also starred in Madonna's 'Girl Gone Wild' music video, and is estimated to have made $1.5 million in the past year, according to Forbes magazine.

The bulk of his earnings are thought to have been from the campaigns for Jil Sander's Ultrasense and Viktor & Rolf's Spicebomb fragrances.

By contrast, Gisele Bundchen - who was named the highest-earning model overall - made around $40 million in the past 12 months.
